I started using Photoshop a long time ago, around CS2. I use it regularly to edit textures and images. I’m not a photoshop wizard that can photobash a complete scene in under an hour. But I know my way around and I can use it competently to do color adjustments, basic editing like cutting things out, resizing, applying filters, etc. I can use GIMP as well but I generally prefer Photoshop. I think this is true for most of the Adobe suite. I can use it somewhat competently but I’m not an expert in any way.
